1. Landscaping
a. Remove all weeds in yards, median strips, and driveways as needed all year long.
b. Lawns, shrubs and plants are to be mowed, pruned, watered, and maintained as needed.
c. Trees should be maintained all year long in a manner that enhances the overall beauty of the Commons, not detract from it. This means proper pruning of trees on homeowners yards. If a tree dies on your property, the owner is responsible for its removal.
d. Fallen tree leaves and plant debris to be periodically raked and deposited in green waste containers for pick up.
2. Overall Appearance
a. Oil stains must be removed from driveways and guest parking by persons responsible.
b. Screens on doors and windows must be in good repair.
c. Both front and back garage and utility doors and trim, if repaired or replaced, must be painted to match the official Commons’ colors. This needs to be completed in a timely manner.
d. Garden equipment, children’s toys, sporting equipment, and any other implements must be stored in garage, house or backyard with the exception of basketball hoops which must be stored on owners property while not in use and may not block traffic or parking. Basketball hoops may not be left in the street per fire safety codes.
