*Remove existing plants & green waste surrounding the pool area and replace with new plant selection and stylish landscaping design.

*Perform irrigation repairs.

*Install mulch around the pool.

New metal perimeter fence with climbing deterrent curved top, new gate with push-bar.

New concrete pool deck and expansion patio area, stamped concrete.

Important Details:

• Twin Rivers will post their own “No Parking” signs in areas where temporary parking restrictions are necessary.

• The crew will partially use guest parking and stage near trees as needed to complete the work efficiently.

• Please be mindful of equipment and crews working throughout the property during this time.
