Provide and Install (140lf) 4'' Corrugated Pipe to connect to help carry away from units.

Provide and Install (7) Catch Basin to help collect water and take away from houses.

Provide and Install (3) cy of 3/4'' Crushed Rock to put all around Corrugated Pipe.

Provide and Install (140lf) of French Drain Fabric to wrapped pipe and also keep dirtfrom mixing with Crushed Rock.

Tree Trimming work TBD FY 2026

Important Details:

• Twin Rivers will post their own “No Parking” signs in areas where temporary parking restrictions are necessary.

• The crew will partially use guest parking and stage near trees as needed to complete the work efficiently.

• Please be mindful of equipment and crews working throughout the property during this time.
