Step 1: Submit Your Architectural Application Through the Silvercreek Owner Portal
Before beginning any exterior modifications, improvements, or changes to your home, homeowners must first submit an Architectural Application through the Silvercreek Owner Portal.
****Do Not Begin Work Until Approval Is Received****
After submitting your application, please wait for written notification from the HOA management team confirming that the Board of Directors has reviewed and approved your request before starting any work.
Beginning construction, installation, or modifications prior to receiving approval may result in a violation of HOA governing documents and may require corrective action.
Submit a Complete Application to Avoid Delays
To help ensure a timely review, please include all required supporting documentation with your application, including:
Photos of the existing area and proposed changes
Drawings, sketches, or plans showing the proposed changes
Design details, including materials, colors, dimensions, location, and scope of work
Any additional information necessary for the Board to properly evaluate the request
Incomplete applications may be returned for additional information and will delay the review process.
Step 2: Complete Approved Work in a Timely Manner
Once written approval has been received, homeowners should complete the project within a reasonable timeframe and ensure all work is completed according to the approved plans and HOA requirements. Any changes from the approved application may require additional review and approval.

The current paint manufacturer, Kelly-Moore, is no longer in business.
Approved exterior paint colors can be obtained from most hardware and paint retailers by providing the appropriate paint color codes. If color codes are not available, homeowners may bring a paint sample to the store and request a color match using the retailer’s color-matching system.
Before beginning any exterior painting project, homeowners should ensure the selected colors match the HOA-approved palette and comply with the community’s architectural guidelines. Using the correct color match helps maintain a consistent appearance throughout the neighborhood.
